Jefferson providers are available 24/7, all year long, when you use JeffConnect's On-Demand Video Visits. You can connect with our clinicians anytime, anywhere, whether at home, vacation or work. Our team will evaluate you and provide you with the information needed for the right next step in your care. This can include calling in a prescription, advising on whether you should be seen in person by a provider, or staying home until symptoms subside.

Making an appointment shouldn't be difficult. At Jefferson Health, we’ve set up the following ways to use our scheduled video visits, depending on where your provider is located within the health system:
If your provider sees patients at one of the below locations, please log in to your MyChart account to schedule a video appointment. You can also call your provider’s office directly to make an appointment.
If you are signing up for the first time, you must activate your free, secure MyChart Patient Portal account at least 24 hours before your visit. If you need an instant activation link to your account, you can call 1-800-JEFF-NOW (1-800-533-3669).
If your provider sees patients at one of the below locations, please call your provider’s office to schedule a video appointment. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will need to sign in to JeffConnect for your video appointment. Please register for JeffConnect ahead of time, if you do not already have an account.
If you have appointments with providers in multiple locations, you will need both a MyChart and JeffConnect account.
