/ Long Term Care at the Methodist Hospital Nursing Center. Rehabilitation
Services include Physiatry, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy,
Speech Language Pathology and Therapeutic Recreation. The Comprehensive
Acute Rehabilitation Unit is nationally accredited by the Commission
on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities for Comprehensive
Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation in conjunction with the Thomas Jefferson

medicine for more than 30 years. The full-time staff of board-certified
specialists serve patients representing virtually all rehabilitation
needs in clinical and academic rehabilitation medicine. Additionally,
its staff members conduct rehabilitation research including the development
of functional measures related to outcomes.
