Rehab Services

A Commitment to Patients

Rehab services offered by members of the Jefferson Health System are intended to restore each patient to his or her highest functional potential in a timely, cost-effective manner, by helping people with disabilities learn new ways of accomplishing daily activities that are often taken for granted such as walking, bathing, dressing or driving a car.

Regardless of where patients live or the level of care through which they progress, care is provided by teams of highly trained medical and allied health professionals. To strengthen this care, the members of Jefferson Health System also provide family and caregiver education and training, and patients, along with their families, are always the foremost members of their healthcare teams.

Services are provided by JHS member institutions and Frankford Hospitals. JHS does not itself provide care.
