Bravo Health and Jefferson Health System Reach Network Agreement for Bravo Select and Senior Partners Silver Dual Special Needs Plans (SNPs)
(Published 6-23-2010) Jefferson Health System, Southeastern Pennsylvania’s largest health care system, will now provide in-network medical care to Medicare Advantage members enrolled in Bravo Health’s Select and Senior Partners Silver plans only. These two plans are designed specifically for beneficiaries who are dually eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid.
